| L’Initiative de programmation conjointe Europe urbaine et le Forum Belmont ont lancé un appel joint dédié au lien alimentation-eau-énergie pour l’Initiative mondiale pour l’urbanisation durable, le 9 décembre 2016. |

| Doté d’un budget de 28,5 millions d’euros financé en partie par Horizon 2020, cet appel en 2 étapes se clôturera le 15 mars 2017 (étape 1) et le 20 septembre 2017 (étape 2). |
Trois sujets sont disponibles :

| Les consortiums de recherche doivent être constitués d’au moins trois organismes éligibles de trois pays participant à l’appel.
Les projets seront financés en fonction des règles relatives au pays participant pour une durée de 36 mois maximum. |

| Nous vous proposons de vous aider à bâtir un consortium solide en réalisant les tâches suivantes:
Examen des aspects juridiques et financiers de l’environnement des projets. Audits PI pour aider à la mise en place d’une stratégie intégrant la PI ou la préparation d’accords de consortium. Accompagnement dans la mise en place d’une stratégie de PI et évaluation des enjeux de la PI. Elaboration du modèle de gouvernance du consortium Assistance pour répondre aux exigences posées par des éventuels bailleurs de fonds public en matière de Propriété Intellectuelle/Industrielle (exploitation des résultats) Elaboration de cahiers des charges Recherches d’Informations Stratégiques et Concurrentielles : antériorité de brevets |

| The total available budget for this call is approx. 28.5 M€, including support from the European Commission through Horizon 2020. This 2-step call will close on March 15, 2017 (Step 1) and on September 20, 2017 (Step 2). |
Projects must address all three sectors food, water and energy by an integrative approach. This collaborative research action seeks to advance research within the themes listed below:

| Each project proposal must be submitted by a project consortium consisting of at least three eligible applicants from at least three participating countries.
The funding duration should not exceed 36 months. |
